Job Overview:
You will be part of the tech team that builds systems used by millions of users, where performance and reliability actually matter.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Build, test, and maintain scalable backend applications, mainly using Python & Django—while staying open to other languages when the problem demands it.
⚪ Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
⚪ Tackle performance, scalability, and concurrency challenges that come with high traffic and large datasets.
⚪ Work closely with PostgreSQL/MySQL, writing efficient queries and designing clean, scalable schemas.
⚪ Collaborate with front-end engineers to deliver smooth, user-friendly experiences.
⚪ Write clean, secure and maintainable code, with long-term scalability in mind.
⚪ Review code, debug production issues and continuously optimize existing systems.
⚪ Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using Git and cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean or similar.
⚪Take ownership of features end-to-end and contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
Key Requirements:
⚪ You don’t need to be an expert in everything—but you must have the drive to learn fast and take on challenges.
⚪ 2+ years of experience in software development or equivalent hands-on experience.
⚪ Experience with REST API development and backend integrations.
⚪ Good understanding of Django ORM, views, serializers, and templates.
⚪ Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
⚪ Comfortable using Git/GitHub for version control.
⚪ Competitive programming experience.
⚪ Proven understanding of data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis.
⚪ Interest in building systems that handle high concurrency and millions of users.
⚪ High attention to detail and a strong sense of code quality and ownership.
Note:
Experience with Golang, C++, or MQL5 is a plus—but not mandatory. What matters most is your ability and motivation to pick up new tools quickly when the problem requires it.
