Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in defining the user experience for our next-generation FinTech SaaS platform and customer portals. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are not only visually stunning but also globally intuitive, scalable, and compliant with the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Global UX Strategy: Define and champion the end-to-end user experience strategy for Doin Tech’s global SaaS platform, ensuring designs are culturally sensitive and optimized for diverse international users.
⚪ Design System Leadership: Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of a comprehensive, scalable, and responsive design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms.
⚪ FinTech Design: Design complex, data-heavy interfaces, including financial dashboards, reporting tools, and secure customer/partner portals, translating intricate business logic into clear, actionable user flows.
⚪ Research & Validation: Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis across different global markets to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
⚪ Prototyping & Handoff: Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and detailed UI specifications using tools like Figma, ensuring a seamless handoff to engineering teams.
⚪ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product team to define requirements and roadmaps, and with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
⚪ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
⚪ A strong, compelling portfolio showcasing modern UI designs for complex web applications, data visualization, and successful implementation of design systems.
⚪ Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or other tools.
⚪ Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and cross-cultural design considerations for a global user base.
⚪ Proven experience designing, documenting, and maintaining large-scale, responsive, and accessible design systems (WCAG compliance knowledge is a strong asset).
⚪Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
