Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to handle daily social media activities, ensure on-brand content publishing, engage with audiences, coordinate with teams, and track performance to improve reach and engagement across platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Publish approved content across all social platforms on schedule.
⚪ Keep all social pages clean, updated, and on-brand.
⚪ Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
⚪ Ensure smooth coordination for content, campaigns, and updates.
⚪ Track performance and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements:
⚪ 6–12 months of hands-on experience managing social media pages for a brand or business.
⚪ Practical experience with Facebook & Instagram (posting, scheduling, captions, comments, DMs).
⚪ Ability to write clear, engaging captions and follow brand tone and guidelines.
⚪ Basic understanding of social media metrics (reach, engagement, clicks).
⚪ Experience using Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio or similar tools.
⚪ Strong coordination skills to work with designers, editors, and internal teams.
