We are looking for โRemote/Virtual Customer Supportโ whose main responsibility will be to provide chat support to our customers and update basic customer records in Google Sheets. ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐-๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ.

โพ๏ธSolve basic customer queries through Chat Support
โพ๏ธUpdate info in Google Sheets, Share new ideas based on customer’s requirement
โพ๏ธPerform daily assigned tasks as per instruction of the Supervisor
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โพ๏ธBachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Ongoing Students Can Apply)
โพ๏ธEnglish proficiency, especially in writing
โพ๏ธ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฌ will be provided in between 5PM-5AM (6 hours/shift). Weekly Roaster Basis
โพ๏ธBasic knowledge of Computer and Google sheets, docs + Fast typing Skill.
โพ๏ธApplicants must have their own LAPTOP with a stable internet connection.
โพ๏ธ Having customer support experience is a plus
