Position: Customer Support (Work from Home)
Office Hours: In between 5PM-5AM (6 hours/shift). Weekly Roaster Basis

We are looking for “Remote/Virtual Customer Support” whose main responsibility will be to provide chat support to our customers and update basic customer records in Google Sheets. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟓-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐃 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭.
◾️Solve basic customer queries through Chat Support
◾️Update info in Google Sheets, Share new ideas based on customer’s requirement
◾️Perform daily assigned tasks as per instruction of the Supervisor
◾️Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Ongoing Students Can Apply)
◾️English proficiency, especially in writing
◾️𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 will be provided in between 5PM-5AM (6 hours/shift). Weekly Roaster Basis
◾️Basic knowledge of Computer and Google sheets, docs + Fast typing Skill.
◾️Applicants must have their own LAPTOP with a stable internet connection.
◾️ Having customer support experience is a plus
