Resourceful and enthusiastic individuals whose main responsibility will be to provide chat & email support to our customers. It is your responsibility to clarify customer complaints, determine the cause, select and explain the appropriate solution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
◾️Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
◾️Excellent English proficiency
◾️Skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word
◾️High typing speed + Fast computing skill
◾️Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and under pressure
