Job Overview:
We’re launching a hands-on Digital Marketing Trainee Program focused on Facebook Ad. It’s a competitive paid training sprint designed to identify high-potential digital talent. You’ll learn directly from our in-house marketing team, get real exposure to live campaigns, and compete with other trainees. At the end of the training, the best-performing candidate will be offered a full-time position with competitive salary package.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Learn how to develop, launch, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns
⚪ Assist in A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
⚪ Support campaign data analysis to identify trends and insights
⚪ Learn to manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI
⚪ Help prepare performance reports and marketing dashboards
⚪ Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and algorithms
⚪ Any Additional Task assigned by the Team Lead (if needed)
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
⚪ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
