Job Overview:
We are seeking an individual to become a valued member of our Client Experience Department, contributing their analytical expertise and insights to drive our strategic goals and success.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Client Support through chat, remote and email
⚪ Client Follow-up
⚪ Maintain Client Information in the System
⚪ Any Additional Task assigned by the Team Lead (if needed)
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
⚪ Having related experience will be an added advantage.
⚪ Proficient in Google sheets, Docs.
⚪ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
⚪ Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
⚪ Resourceful and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
⚪ Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
