Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented professional who can drive product growth and innovation by validating new ideas, improving user adoption, and optimizing product across lifecycle stages.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Research, validate, and prioritize new product or feature ideas each quarter based on business impact.
⚪ Analyze onboarding flow metrics to identify bottlenecks and maintain drop-off rates under 10% per step.
⚪ Monitor active user engagement and stickiness to ensure monthly active usage remains above target.
⚪ Track and improve feature adoption rate within the first 30 days of release.
⚪ Coordinate with development teams to maintain consistent product velocity across quarterly release cycles.
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum 1+ year of related experience.
⚪ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
⚪ Sharp analytical skills for market data interpretation.
⚪ Ability to translate data into actionable insights and prioritize product decisions effectively.
⚪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
⚪ Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI.
