Job Overview:
Doin Tech Limited is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and lead a repeatable marketing system that generates qualified customers, improves conversion, controls acquisition cost, and supports the company’s growth. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will own positioning and full-funnel strategy, direct performance across Meta, Google, and SEO, and run growth campaigns as measurable, disciplined experiments — without depending on the CEO for day-to-day decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Grow marketing-sourced new revenue
⚪ Blended new-customer CAC and payback period
⚪ Own positioning, messaging, and full-funnel conversion
⚪ Build and lead channel growth strategies (Meta, Google, SEO, and other channel targets achieved)
⚪ Lead growth campaigns and experiments
Key Requirements:
⚪ Prior experience working in a SaaS business is mandatory.
⚪ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing role.
⚪ A portfolio of past growth work: campaigns, funnels, experiments, and results (Must Have).
⚪ Demonstrated ability to manage and improve the full SaaS funnel — from traffic through activation, paid conversion, and retention.
⚪ Strong grasp of growth analytics and unit economics.
⚪ Skilled at positioning and messaging: able to translate customer pain points, objections, trust barriers, and buying triggers into messaging that converts.
⚪ Hands-on, directive experience across performance channels.
⚪ Proven people-leadership experience.
