As an Admin Executive at Doin, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. You need to be a proactive and detail-oriented individual.

โพ๏ธSupervise and manage day-to-day office operations.
โพ๏ธCommunication:
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
– Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
โพ๏ธManage employee records and documentation.
โพ๏ธFacilities Management:
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย -Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
-Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
-Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
-Manage office security and access control.
โพ๏ธOther administrative tasks assigned by the top management.

โพ๏ธBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
โพ๏ธProven experience in administrative roles.
โพ๏ธStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
โพ๏ธExcellent communication skills.
โพ๏ธProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
