As an Admin Executive at Doin, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. You need to be a proactive and detail-oriented individual.
◾️Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations.
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
– Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
◾️Manage employee records and documentation.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
-Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
-Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
-Manage office security and access control.
◾️Other administrative tasks assigned by the top management.
◾️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
◾️Proven experience in administrative roles.
◾️Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
◾️Excellent communication skills.
◾️Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
