Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior HR Executive who can balance people, process, and performance — driving both employee satisfaction and business results.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to achieve hiring quality and speed targets.
⚪ Develop and implement performance review and feedback systems aligned with company KPIs.
⚪ Drive employee engagement through structured surveys, events, and recognition programs.
⚪ Maintain HR data and analytics dashboards to monitor metrics like retention, time-to-hire, and satisfaction scores.
⚪ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and internal HR policies across all employment types.
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
⚪ Minimum graduated from highly reputed university.
⚪ Strong understanding of HR frameworks, from hiring pipelines to performance management systems.
⚪ Proficiency in HR tools, Google Workspace, and HR data reporting.
⚪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
⚪ Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout composition.
⚪ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 (updated 2018) and HR compliance best practices.
