Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Candidate to become a valued member of our support team.

Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Provide customer support via chat.
⚪ Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
⚪ Consistently follow up with clients.
⚪ Provide timely feedback to customers.
⚪ Troubleshoot software-based errors and installations. (Training will be provided)
⚪ Complete any other responsibilities that may assigned by the team lead.

Key Requirements:
⚪ Only candidates who have graduated from a recognized university are eligible to apply.
⚪ Excellent English proficiency.
⚪ Adaptability and willingness to learn.
⚪ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
⚪ Prior experience in client support or a similar role.
⚪ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
