A hard-working Technical Support to help customers troubleshoot software-based errors and installation. This is an entry-level position. You will resolve technical issues, provide timely customer feedback and assist customers with remote desktop setup, maintain data.

โพ๏ธBachelor’s Degree in any discipline
โพ๏ธExcellent English proficiency
โพ๏ธExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

โพ๏ธPrior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
