Job Overview:
We’re launching a hands-on Trainee Program focused on Meta Ads. It’s a competitive paid training sprint designed to identify high-potential digital talent. You’ll learn directly from our in-house marketing team, get real exposure to live campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Correctly launch and maintain Meta ad campaigns as instructed.
⚪ Keep all social pages clean, updated, and on-brand.
⚪ Keep ads healthy by following best practices and avoiding mistakes that increase costs.
⚪ Provide clean, accurate, and timely performance reports.
⚪ Learn Meta Ads fundamentals and apply feedback through testing.
Key Requirements:
⚪ You don’t need to be an expert in meta marketing—but you must have the drive to learn fast and take on challenges.
⚪ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably Marketing)
⚪ Candidates who have completed all their academic courses and are looking for opportunities in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
⚪ Sharp IQ, strong observational skills, and fast learning ability
⚪ Passion for digital marketing, advertising, or brand storytelling
⚪ Ability to work under pressure and take feedback constructively
