Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Executive to become a valued member of our support team.

Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Provide customer support via chat.
⚪ Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
⚪ Consistently follow up with clients.
⚪ Provide timely feedback to customers.
⚪ Troubleshoot software-based errors and installations. (Training will be provided)
⚪ Update info in Google Sheets, Share new ideas based on customer’s requirement
⚪ Complete any other responsibilities that may assigned by the team lead.

Key Requirements:
⚪ Applicants must have their own LAPTOP with a stable internet connection.
⚪ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Ongoing Students Can Apply)
⚪ Excellent English proficiency, especially in writing.
⚪ Adaptability and willingness to learn.
⚪ 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 will be provided in between 6PM-9AM (6 hours/shift). Weekly Roaster Basis
⚪ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
⚪ Basic knowledge of Computer and Google sheets, docs.
⚪ Typing speed must be between 35 to 40 WPM.
⚪ Having customer support experience is a plus.
⚪ Must be available to work on public holidays during the 7-month contract. (Bonus will be given)
