Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented YouTube Content Strategist who can Create and execute content strategies that attract, educate, and convert audiences through high-retention video storytelling.
Primary Responsibilities:
⚪ Research trends, keywords, and competitors to find content opportunities.
⚪ Write hooks, scripts, and titles optimized for retention and CTR.
⚪ Collaborate with editors and designers for seamless production.
⚪ Analyze analytics weekly (CTR, retention, watch time) to improve performance.
⚪ A/B test thumbnails, titles, and formats to increase audience growth.
Key Requirements:
⚪ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
⚪ Minimum 2+ years of related experience.
⚪ Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and YouTube Studio analytics.
⚪ Basic understanding of storytelling, scripting, and audience retention strategies.
⚪ Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal — are essential.
⚪ Resourceful, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
⚪ High attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
